Cancellation &
Rescheduling Policy

Cancel & Reschedule:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment start time to avoid a fee.

- Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur 50% of your scheduled service cost.
- Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will incur 100% of your scheduled service cost.
- Please be aware that our policy strictly prohibits same-day cancellations or rescheduling under any circumstances.

Lateness:
We operate on a strict zero-lateness tolerance to protect the integrity of our schedule and the experience of every client.Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your full service without impacting the next scheduled client, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and 100% of the service cost will be charged.We strongly encourage clients to arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation. Please understand that even a few minutes of delay can set the entire day behind, affecting both staff and clients scheduled after you.
If you wish to rebook for a different time on the same day, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, it will still be considered a late cancellation under our policy. If we are unable to accommodate your rebooking, 100% of the service cost will be charged. Please note that this situation results in two appointment times being held—the original and the rebooked—both of which affect the day’s schedule and must be compensated.

If we do not hear from you by your appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.

Policy Enforcement & Respect for Staff
All policies at Best Ever Skin are final and strictly enforced. These policies exist to protect the time, livelihood, and professional environment of our team while ensuring fairness and consistency for every client.

Disrespect toward our policies, attempts to argue them, or attempts to pressure staff into making exceptions will not be tolerated.

Our employees do not have the authority to override, negotiate, debate, or modify business policies.For this reason, requests to speak with employees regarding policies will be declined. Staff members are not permitted to alter, discuss, or make exceptions to any established policy.

Clients may not attempt to bypass policies by directing requests to individual staff members or placing staff in uncomfortable positions regarding policy enforcement.

Policies apply equally to every client and are enforced consistently without exception.

Failure to respect our policies or our team may result in refusal of service, cancellation of appointments, or termination of the client relationship with Best Ever Skin.
