48 Hours Before — Don't:
• No retinol, retin-a, tretinoin, or retinoids of any kind on the face.
• No exfoliating acids including AHA, BHA, or glycolic acid on the face.
• No vitamin C serums or other active ingredients on the face.
• No waxing, threading, or hair removal on the face.
• No laser or IPL treatments on the face.
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
• Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face if possible.
• Let your technician know about any new skin concerns, breakouts, medications, or changes since your last visit.

• No makeup for at least 12 hours after your treatment if possible. If you must wear makeup, use clean brushes and non-comedogenic products only.
• No waxing, threading, or facial hair removal for at least 1 week after your treatment.
• No other facial treatments for at least 2 weeks unless directed by your technician.
• Do not pick, scratch, or attempt to extract anything on your own after your facial. Let your skin heal naturally.
