At Best Ever Skin, all retail product purchases are final sale. As a small, results-driven skincare business, we do not operate under mass retail policies. Each product is carefully selected for professional use and homecare support. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

All purchases made through our website are non-returnable and non-refundable, including opened or unopened products, used or unused items, incorrect selections, or change of mind purchases. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase prior to completing your order. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed professional before purchasing.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the product(s) you are buying and how to properly use them. Best Ever Skin is not responsible for purchases made without proper knowledge or guidance.

Skincare products can produce varying results depending on individual skin types and conditions. By purchasing from Best Ever Skin, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for any reactions, sensitivities, or irritation that may occur. Best Ever Skin is not liable for any adverse reactions. You agree to discontinue use and seek guidance from a licensed medical professional if a reaction occurs. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reactions of any kind.

All tint, color-based, or shade-specific purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to incorrect color selection.

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Best Ever Skin is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Customers will not be reimbursed for lost or damaged packages unless the shipping carrier approves and reimburses the claim. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Best Ever Skin reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to orders flagged for suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or undeliverable addresses. In the event an order is canceled under these conditions, the order will not be fulfilled and any resolution will be handled at the sole discretion of Best Ever Skin.
