To ensure that we deliver the best possible experience for every client, we have established the following policies that will be strictly enforced.To adjust appointment times, please contact us at 630.716.0697 or email info@besteverskin.com. Leave a voicemail if we are away from the phone or treating a client. Contacting through Instagram, Facebook, or any social media platform will not be accepted.
Cancel & Reschedule:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you do so at least 48 hours before the start time of your appointment. We have implemented as many ways to let you know your appointment time because we want to help you in today's busy world.
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment start time to avoid a fee.Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur 50% of your scheduled service cost.Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will incur 100% of your scheduled service cost.Please be aware that our policy strictly prohibits same-day cancellations or rescheduling under any circumstances.
Lateness:
We operate on a strict zero-lateness tolerance to protect the integrity of our schedule and the experience of every client.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your full service without impacting the next scheduled client, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and 100% of the service cost will be charged.
We strongly encourage clients to arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation. Please understand that even a few minutes of delay can set the entire day behind, affecting both staff and clients scheduled after you.
If you wish to rebook for a different time on the same day, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, it will still be considered a late cancellation under our policy. If we are unable to accommodate your rebooking, 100% of the service cost will be charged. Please note that this situation results in two appointment times being held—the original and the rebooked—both of which affect the day’s schedule and must be compensated.
If we do not hear from you by your appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.

Services Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. Best Ever Skin strives for 100% satisfaction. We offer in-depth consultations as well detailed explanations throughout the entire process while addressing any questions or concerns you may have. All potential risks are explained prior to service and in consent forms. We are open to hearing of any skin concerns you may have, and we'll take all of that into careful consideration when recommending facial treatments or products. We can never make guarantees that your skin will take well to the procedure. For this reason, Best Ever Skin does not offer refunds or guarantee results. Best Ever Skin reserves the right to have a valid credit credit on file to book your service otherwise service will be denied. Payment is due at the end of service. No exceptions. 3 reschedules and/or cancellations in a row may result in termination from our practice. A no call no show results in automatic termination from the practice. Pricing is subject to change at any given time without notice. By booking with Best Ever Skin, you adhere to all policies.
